I find photography endlessly frustrating.
Somedays I have a plan, other days I'm lost in a sea of possibilities and end up bewildered and do nothing.
So often I think, "I've done that a million times before" yet I know it's worth doing again because today the light will be different, they'll be different people and maybe something that'll lift one image from ordinary to exceptional.

Photography is a pretty lonely endevour - not a problem for me as I used to love running for hours alone, it's now cycling.

Sometimes it's enjoyable to meet other photographers; talk gear and places to go; discuss
how it's better to stand here than over there for that shot.
